1. Nachhaltigkeit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n

Unser Ziel ist es, den Nebenprodukten der Lebensmittelkette durch Projekte in Partnerschaft mit der Industrie ein neues Leben zu geben, wie z. B. durch die Verwendung von Biertreber oder die Integration von Lebensmittelnebenprodukten in unsere Produkte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir entscheiden uns f\u00fcr eine verantwortungsvolle Ern\u00e4hrung und sind die ersten, die das fehlende Glied in der Schweizer Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette f\u00fcr Nahrungsalternativen auf der Basis von pflanzlichen Proteinen schliessen. Unsere texturierten Proteinkonzentrate (TVP) und Mehle aus H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchten spielen dabei eine entscheidende Rolle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Wohlbefinden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerlandwirten f\u00fchren wir alte Getreidesorten wie Emmer oder Einkorn wieder ein. Mit Unterst\u00fctzung von Agroscope und seiner Genbank haben wir die geschmackvolle Weizensorte „Gusto“ entwickelt, die aus einer Mischung alter einheimischer Weizensorten stammt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir bieten auch traditionelles Mahlen mit dem M\u00fchlstein sowie Begleitung bei der R\u00fcckkehr zum Chefsauerteig an sowie Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Umsetzung eines Sauerteigkonzeptes an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
